Fun, Affordable, and Accessible Quiz Bowl
The mission of Texas Challengers Quiz Tournaments (TCQT) is to increase Quiz Bowl participation in Texas and provide more affordable, accessible, and fun opportunities to compete at in person Quiz Bowl tournaments. You can learn more about TCQT here.
2025-2026 Schedule
There will be TCQT events in the Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, Waco, Bryan/College Station, and San Antonio areas during the 2025-2026 school year. Confirmed dates and locations for tournaments during the 2025-2026 school year are listed below. Additional dates and locations will be added to the schedule soon. 1. September 6, 2025 - Episcopal High School (Bellaire - Houston area) - IS-239A for middle school and high school teams
2. September 20, 2025 - Veterans Memorial High School (Corpus Christi) - MS-55 for middle school teams and IS-239A for high school teams
3. September 27, 2025 - Strake Jesuit College Preparatory (Houston) - IS-241A for middle school and high school teams
4. October 18, 2025 - GT School (Georgetown - Austin area) - MS-55 for middle school teams and IS-239A for high school teams
5. October 25, 2025 - Tuloso-Midway Middle School (Corpus Christi) - MS-56 for middle school teams and IS-241A for high school teams
6. November 1, 2025 - The Village School (Houston) - IS-240 for high school teams
7. November 8, 2025 - Ingleside High School (Ingleside - Corpus Christi area) - IS-239A for middle school teams and IS-240 for high school teams
8. November 15, 2025 - Leander High School (Leander - Austin area) - IS-241A for middle school and high school teams
