Fun, Affordable, and Accessible Quiz Bowl
The mission of Texas Challengers Quiz Tournaments (TCQT) is to increase Quiz Bowl participation in Texas and provide more affordable, accessible, and fun opportunities to compete at in person Quiz Bowl tournaments. You can learn more about TCQT here.
2025-2026 Schedule
There will be TCQT events in the Houston, Austin, and Corpus Christi areas during the 2025-2026 school year. The hope is to have TCQT events in additional Texas metropolitan areas as well. Confirmed dates and locations for tournaments during the 2025-2026 school year are listed below. Additional dates and locations will be added to the schedule soon. More information, including schedules from previous years, can be found on the schedule page.
1. September 6, 2025 - Episcopal High School (Bellaire - Houston area)
2. September 20, 2025 - Veterans Memorial High School (Corpus Christi)
3. September 27, 2025 - Cinco Ranch High School (Katy - Houston area)
4. October 11, 2025 - Liberal Arts and Science Academy (Austin)
5. October 25, 2025 - Tuloso-Midway High School (Corpus Christi)
