The plan is for all TCQT events during the 2024-2025 school year to cost $100 per team for established programs and $50 per team for new programs, with a $10 discount per buzzer system provided. Additional discounts will often be granted for brand new programs and for teams traveling far distances to attend tournaments. Maximizing the numbers of teams and participants are more important for TCQT events than maximizing fees. Additional charges will apply for extra items requested such as pizzas and TCQT merchandise. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the costs for TCQT events. We look forward to working with you to ensure that your team can attend as many tournaments as possible.
All TCQT tournaments are slated to serve as qualifiers for the 2025 Small School National Championship Tournament (April 25-27 in Rosemont, IL), the 2025 High School National Championship Tournament (May 23-25 in Atlanta, GA), and the 2025 PACE National Scholastic Championship (June 7-8 in Rosemont, IL).
We are currently working on the TCQT schedule for the 2024-2025 school year. We expect to hold tournaments in the Houston, Austin, and Corpus Christi areas this year. We are also exploring the possibility of holding tournaments in additional locations across Texas. Confirmed dates and locations for tournaments during the 2024-2025 school year are listed below.
